Michael Dvorsky is currently the CFO of Ringham Corporation and its related entities. Ringham Corporation is a privately held diversified investment company with interests in real estate, property management, fixed income securities, public equities and most recently private equity investments.
Prior to joining Ringham Corporation, Mr. Dvorsky obtained his CPA license while working as an auditor for Arthur Young & Company in their Pittsburgh office. His audit responsibilities were concentrated in the real estate, small business and banking industries.
Mr. Dvorsky graduated from Carnegie-MellonUniversity in 1980 with BS degrees in Economics and Business Administration. He has over 20 years experience on Boards of various local community organizations and private companies.
Mr. Dvorsky was diagnosed with PMP in August, 2004, had major surgery at UPMC in Pittsburgh in December, 2004, and is currently disease free. He and his wife have four children.
Judy Culbertson has over 25 years of experience in Automotive Accounting. She is now currently the Payroll Manager and Assistant Controller for Conicelli Toyota. Judy’s responsibilities include payroll and benefits administration, overseeing accounting procedures as well as monthly/yearly tax preparations. She has several certifications with the Pennsylvania Automotive Association.
In 2004 Judy’s husband, Dutch, was diagnosed with PMP cancer. From the time that Dutch was diagnosed, Judy held an optimistic attitude, investing her energy in researching possible treatment options and taking any action possible to help her husband fight his disease.
Following Dutch’s death in 2006 Judy has continued her advocacy, remaining optimistic and aggressive in searching out answers for the treatment of PMP. Since her husband’s death she has organized the annual PMP Cancer Walk held on Father’s Day in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The Walk raises funds for PMP research and is dedicated to creating awareness for the early detection, treatment, and eventual cure of PMP cancer. She has also joined forces with the grassroots organization Livestrong Army.
Judy resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania, a suburb outside of Philadelphia, where she raises her three children as a single parent.
Kathleen M. Hoover
Kathleen graduated from John Carroll University in 1975 with a major in accounting and went on to receive her CPA in 1978.Kathleen also has a Master’s of Science in Financial Planning. Kathleen is currently a partner with the accounting firm of Corbets & Associates in Solon, Ohio.Corbets & Associates is a full-service accounting firm offering accounting, tax and advisory services to closely-held businesses and their owners.
In addition to general practice, Kathleen’s areas of specialization include real estate and construction, Employee Benefit Plan Audits, non-profit accounting, partnership tax and peer review.
Dan earned his B.S. degree from OhioUniversity where he also earned his private pilot’s license. Dan maintains FAA certifications as a commercial pilot and flight instructor.
Lisa K. Luciano
Lisa Kurtz Luciano earned her MBA from Baldwin-WallaceCollege in 1989. She has been an owner of Kurtz Bros., Inc. in Northeast Ohio for over 25 years. Kurtz Bros. manufactures and wholesales landscape products and provides commercial recycling services. Lisa oversees the Human Resources, Accounting and Information Technology areas for the business.
Lisa and her husband Dan have eight children. The couple also has a web-based business which specializes in custom laser engraving.
Lisa was diagnosed with PMP in October, 2007, had major surgery at UPMC in Pittsburgh in November, 2007, and is currently managing recurrence of the disease.
