We would like to once again thank the National Organization for Rare Disorders for facilitating the grant selection process on the Foundation's behalf. The recipients were selected by NORD's independent Medical Advisory Committee. Learn more about NORD at www.rarediseases.org.

Special congratulations to Dr. Andrew Lowy, a member of PMPRF's Professional Advisory Board, for receiving the grant as determined by the independent NORD committee.  Also, congratulations to Dr. Renehan for receiving his second NORD/PMPRF grant for PMP research

Finally, thanks to all who have donated to our cause--YOU made it happen!

We are more determined than ever to continue the fight. Stay tuned to find out about our next research grant opportunities, to be announced in March, 2012!
