Many pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) and appendix cancer patients along with their family and friends benefit greatly from connecting with other PMP and appendix cancer survivors, whether through support groups, reading about other patients online, or in person at events desgined to raise awareness of the disease and funds for research.

The Inspire Pseudomyxoma Peritonei (PMP) Support Community connects patients, families, friends and caregivers for support and inspiration. Visit Inspire to learn more.

For patient and caregiver support, visit Pseudomyxoma Survivor which provides support via a buddy system and online support group and raises awareness of PMP through patient advocacy.

In partnership with NORD and Eurordis, Pseudomyxoma Survivor and the PMP Research Foundation offer the RareConnect Pseudomyxoma Peritonei Community, a private support forum which offers translation services in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

The Facebook PMP Appendix Cancer Support Group is active, moderated private support forum hosted on Facebook.
